Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING:

Please allow 2 Working Days to process your order. Expect an email within 2 Working Days to let you
know your order is on the way!

Orders placed before 6.00pm during store hours 9.00pm will be delivered the same
day. Orders placed outside of these hours will be delivered the next day we are open.

When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with real-time tracking
information.

Orders are generally shipped within up 7 Working Days using . We do not ship outside of India .

 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and
displayed at checkout.

REFUNDS,, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We accept returns up to 7 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original
condition .

 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible
at thrissur@mobsa.in with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We
address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory
solution.
